The trailers owed by that other guy mark are roach infested and his maintenance men Sherman and Johnny are both big time drug addicts used to be a nice place too quiet good neighborhood now nothing but needle freak junkies and crackheads everywhere I found evidence of someone being in my trailer 4 times in one month and they aren't even my landlord so people beware
Horrible management. I advice people to not rent in this park. The manager will watch your every move on speculations. Do not make her mad or you will regret it and not be able to live your life. You will be thrown out or threatened to be, no matter what your lease states she will go against It. This park is horrible. I visited a friend here and saw how horrible she treated her renters. The bad thing is she isn't the owner and the owners should be notified of the horrible living conditions this park is under.
