I came into Stonecraft for a few small pieces of stone for a garden project. Clinton greeted me with warmth and was very friendly and helpful. They had exactly what I needed and took me personally to the part of their yard with the stock I was after. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
Looking at a Hearth for a wood heater and whilst we didn't find what we were looking for, Etienne was very helpful and knowledgeable and there is a good range of stone and pavers there.
Bought a cobalt slate hearth from Stonecraft which we are happy with. Went into the shop multiple times to narrow down what we wanted and was always met with friendly and helpful service. The assistance and care with loading the hearth into the trailer was also excellent. Thank you
