Very helpful and friendly can't go past
Less than desirable experience. Pressure tactics to use their products then once deposit paid they constantly wanted further payments to hold the stock. Unfortunately I had to change to a different product due to the bond beam installation and the cost to wet lay the product. Manager wouldn’t refund the deposit even though the product hadn’t been supplied.
I had a couple of questions re the slate in my house which was flaking off due to water damage. We purchased it from Stonecraft years ago. Yesterday I had a phone call and a wonderful email outlining all the possibilities, who to contact, what the possible name of the slate was. It is rare these days to find such extraordinary service. They are suppliers not layers so for Harrison to go to all that trouble to give me information I can act on was such a gift. Thanks Harrison. Good job. I will recommend your company for sure.
