Beyond happy with my home expansion. Added an additional 6ft to the kitchen doing a complete kitchen remodel adding a snack bar and removed the wall between kitchen & living room giving our home the open concept we wanted. Be sure to verify his city license, bond history, and that he got building permits throughout the entire project. He included the permit in our contract, which we naively assumed was taken care of, then once he got caught without a permit by the city he abandoned our project, never to return. He refused to provide receipt of how our money was allocated, and is not answering the BBB or other authorities.
