RUN from Pat Shultz and his wife. He has scammed numerous aspiring home owners. He took money to buy materials and build our dream home, then turned around and spent that money on god knows what. It has been about 3 years now since we moved into our Stonecliff home that we designed and built with Pat. Pat actually came out to our country lot and met us there to go over his vision of the layout and if we could do a walkout and that helped put us at ease. Our house came out as beautiful as we had imagined and we were able to build and add custom features that other builders just couldn't touch at the price point of Stonecliff. Stonecliff Homes are so bad they have to have their own employees submit positive reviews in an attempt to negate the negative, truthful reviews! Check out Teri Robinson's review on this page. She has never built a home with Stonecliff and was in charge of their marketing. Shameful!!!
