Today was my meet and greet meeting for the first time with Dr Shah. It turned out into me walking away refusing to ever return back at this clinic again. Never seen such disrespectful, misbehaving and rude reception staff at any “Canadian” clinic. Reception staff behave as if they own this premises. They have more attitude and misbehaviour than an educated humble doctor working there. Just to let new patients know they charge $175 per person for record transfer from last doctor. Always there for me and my family. Proud to be part of a teaching facility. Although sometimes this doesn’t work….trust me. They know when to intervene and get serious. You must stay on top of your OWN records. Isn’t that what we’re supposed to do? Residents are so important. They are our children’s future.
I have been a patient at Stone Church Family Health Centre for almost nine years now, and I can honestly say that my experience here has been nothing short of exceptional.
