Attended an appointment with my parent . Unfortunately my mom had missed the scheduled appointment time , the receptionist was kind , asked us to have a seat and after a few minutes we were advised a dr was able to see her , Dr Gallagher . She was so kind , patient and understanding. Thank you .
Avoid. This clinic doesn't know what the hell they are doing. You want to feel like a number, not a patient, go ahead. I've never even met my family doctor and I was a patient for almost 20 years. Absolutely no cohesion of care. In fact, I didn't realize just how bad it was until I found a new doctor in the new town I moved to. I've seen my new doctor several times, all at his request. I can’t say enough positive things about this medical team and their administrative staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with has consistently been friendly, compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care I received at this clinic on Saturday. I went in because I was experiencing severe pain around my ribs. The first doctor who saw me appeared to be a student or trainee, as he repeatedly had to leave the room to consult with a supervisor before making any decisions.
