This review is in relation to Lance Millers review. Mr Miller contacted me, Taylor, to install custom concrete countertops in their home. As soon as the quote was done, he passed us off to his wife as the main contact. The project quickly became un customizable for us. I have worked with Taylor on projects- he is first class all the way. His artistry and workmanship is impeccable. He takes great pride in every piece he creates. Regarding the comments left by Lance Miller, I just have this to say: I know had Taylor been given the opportunity to fix any issues, he would have. Our kitchen countertops keep chipping. One chip happened within a week of being installed. Taylor blamed it on us dropping something on it. We didn't think that was the case, but there are kids in the house. Unfortunately, chips keep happening. Some are the size of a quarter. We will unfortunately probably have to replace our countertops after only a couple of years. Poor quality product.
