Scheduled a tour for today at 1pm. Arrived and leasing office is closed, no one is answering the phone and can not get ahold of who i made the tour with. In general I give the benefit of the doubt however this is highly unprofessional especially since they didn’t reach out prior to let me know that they would be closed. Complete waste of time and very disappointing
MOST RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and CONDESCENDING front desk lady I have ever met. In my life. We were asking such simple questions, and she would respond in such rude ways - such as “Didn’t you hear me talk about this earlier? I don’t wanna repeat myself” or I ask a question and she goes “I’m gonna get there. Don’t rush me. Just be patient”. Should absolutely be fired ASAP. Someone like that is genuinely unstable and miserable. If you keep her, you will lose continuously lose business. Do yourselves a favor. And hire someone else... read more
Most rude salesperson we have ever met. Staff lady was very condescending, passive aggressive and impatient. I would not book any apartment after our experience. They need to hire better customer service representatives.
I have repeatedly noticed some residents leaving trash in common areas, which is very disappointing considering how hard the maintenance team works to keep the property clean and well maintained. I spoke with Sam about this issue, and he agreed to follow up on it daily. I also appreciate that when I reported an issue in my home, Sam came within a few hours with a team member and fixed my burners and oven. Sam and his team are excellent, professional, and very responsive.
We live in the Stonebrook complex, and it is truly the dirtiest apartment and complex I have ever seen. My friend also lives in this building K , and it is the dirtiest one in the entire complex. Please, we ask the staff to clean this area and improve the maintenance. All residents here are fed up with this level of dirtiness. Please do not rent
