I'm honestly amazed at how much Stonebrook has improved and it's truly incredible. The new maintenance team and their supervisor Sam ,have been fantastic very genuine,calm and attentive when it comes to listening to residents and following through on requests.it was never like this before I used to wait weeks just to get a work order taken care of. Now the property looks so much nicer whit out Bad odors or trash around. I feel like I'm living in a brand new community. I would highly recommend this place to live.
During the past two years that I've lived here I had never seen the place this clean the hallways used to be full of shoes and personal belongings. Everything was messy and there was a bad smell everywhere even the outdoor areas were dirty I had submitted several maintenance requests but either the issues weren't fixed properly or the worker's never came back. I've never encountered an apartment complex that requires you to sign an application and a “lease” for a unit they won’t show you because it’s not ready. They claim that other applicants are interested and that the units "will not" be available once they are finished. Furthermore, I don’t understand how this qualifies as affordable housing when they charge over $250 just for sewer fees, which I have never heard of before.
