Very bad experience. They had no patience with someone who doesn’t speak English well. Instead of trying to help, they made the process confusing and stressful. It almost feels like keeping the non-refundable application fee is part of the business. I would not recommend Stonebrook Apartments.
Came through for a visit. It was ok. I was told about robbery's.
I ve visited a lot of apartments many and this is by far the worst one.There is a black woman in the office who wears wig she is extremely rude. I dont know her name. I ask and she say this is not your business. You dont need know my name . When you ask a question, she speaks very rudely, saying, "I already said this; I don't want to repeat it.
