I don’t often write reviews, but this was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical clinic. They were completely unresponsive to my urgent need for antibiotics, despite my having emailed them a valid prescription from my doctor. The clinic refused to fulfill an outside prescription and told me there was nothing they could do until their doctor returned—without any indication of when that might be. Very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Mike offered house call and went above beyond in offering shuttle to Kelowna.Very grateful he practices for Big White community.Covered by msp.Top shelf!
I have truly never been so sick in my life and was getting ready to head down to urgent care. But then… Doc Mike saw me immediately after I messaged with my issue. Immediately prescribed me and had it ready for pickup on mountain. Booked me in for a next day in person appt to confirm progress was being made and told me to go skiing after seeing how quickly the meds helped me bounce back. He saved my 8 day ski trip! Thanks for continuing to be an absolute legend.
Do not recommend Dr. Figurski at all. I had a virtual appointment with him for a stomach infection which was also causing red and he prescribed eye drops that are usually given after a cataract surgery. It caused blurry vision and had to see an optometrist and even they said the eye drops should have never been prescribed. Save yourself and dont see this doctor
