We used Stonebridge to sell our home in Clearwater, and I have to say that I couldn't be happier. Always impressed working with these guys. They have pulled off some miraculous jobs for friends, finding exactly what they want in a home and make super smooth transactions. When it was our turn to buy a house, there was a nightmare situation with the bank that nearly cost the house. They pulled off a miracle and helped us get our dream house.
Our agent sold us our house 10 years ago and is now helping us find a new home for our growing family. She is super patient with us and super fast to get us in to look at houses we are interested in. She jumped through hoops to get us into the house we are in and I know she will do again if needed. We couldn't be happier.
I am officially filing complaint against Tom and Jennifer F. They are practicing discriminatory and unethical practices in their interactions with us, as tenants. They refuse to let us stay and cannot provide any reason. The owner of the property informed my husband the prior day to our 30 day notice to vacate that we were "excellent tenants" and that he didnt know anything about the letter. Have reported to BBB and Fair Housing.
