I recently moved into these apartments and couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The community is well-kept, quiet, and welcoming, which really made the moving process a lot smoother. I’ve lived at Stonebridge Ranch for 4 years now, and I couldn’t be happier. The maintenance team is always quick, professional, and so helpful whenever something comes up. The office staff is just as wonderful—friendly, responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond. I recently transferred apartments within the community, and the process was smooth and stress-free. I absolutely love my new place, and I’m so glad to continue calling Stonebridge Ranch home!
Greystar employees are the majority of the 5-star reviews on this property recently (along with their other properties- seriously that's just embarrassing), so don't be fooled. Management expects you to just live here and shut up. They show no care for residents by actively avoiding confrontation and violating lease agreements. But thanks for the yoga room and beehives! ಠ╭╮ಠ
Great apartment!! The grounds are well maintained, the neighbors are nice, nice amenities, and the office is very on top of everything which can be so hard to find in an apartment community. Toni at the leasing office is amazing, she got me moved in quick and helped me with everything when I needed to move out. I highly recommend this place!
