CAN CONFIRM that i have stayed at almost every building st big white, check your records! Never with central reservations at Big White. Period. Their buildings are old and run down. Elevators don't work, so expect to have to carry your stuff up 3 flights of stairs. This particular building was at least clean, but the code system was a complete mess, couldnt get into our room for the first couple hours, hotub didn't work (had to call a repair guy). Wow came back again booked 401 building 1 and still the same amazing views from all windows, kids could even see the cue at The bullet so they knew to wait for it to go down. Ski in and ski out mins walk to the village. Views from the hot tub of the fireworks again cannot fault the owners. Some new furnishings it was another great stay.

We have had better. It's not our first year at Big White! This year CMR (Central Mountain Reservation) really screwed up. Service was terrible. No bar stools, hot tub not working when we arrived, service to deliver essentials was terrible, slow, and sometimes none existent. Started there 8 days, but will not stay there again. In general, Big White service is going downhill. It's too bad cause skiing is actually good there.
