This is a terrible place to live. HOA fees are high for substandard upkeep. We had termites in our unit. Were told to take care of it ourselves. Parking lot is full of loose gravel and potholes, never gets fixed. Tenants here are constantly breaking rules regarding children playing in common areas and noise.
