If I could give 0 stars, I would. The two years I spent living in a Stonebridge property have been continuous proof that they are mismanaged and a terrible leasing company. To start, our HVAC broke within a month of moving in, and despite their promises, took a year to fix. Second, our fridge broke and it took a month for them to get it replaced, after multiple phone calls. 1 Star is the best rating they can get with the services they offer
I would give a zero star review if it were possible. The management is horrendous here. The whole year they were overcharging us for our utilities and when I asked them for documentation of what we were being charged we miraculously got refunds for a few months. So they clearly were purposefully stealing money. The building always had issues and they were extremely slow to address them. Absolutely awful. Do not live here. They will not return your security deposit and will ignore your phone calls and emails when you try and contact them.
My daughter has been waiting for her security deposit for well over two months. She has been getting the runaround. From Stonebridge Binghamton stating that the owner is aware and is expected to contact us. Also, their rep Brock, who we have multiple text messages regarding security deposit also did not want to say who the owner’s name by the way the owners name is Eli.
