They never answer and calls, texts, and don’t pay their maintenance workers. Had a maintenance worker come in to fix problems and he was supposed to come back but didn’t because he stated he was not getting paid by the company. Horrible company, please never lease with them.
Would like to give a No Star review. Horrible how they treat students. This company is very responsive when they need to get paid but do not answer or response when the need is on the other side. It is 4 months now of trying to call, email and text and still no response. Security deposit was supposed to be returned at least 2 weeks after move out, which was May 20th and still have not heard from them or received anything back. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! A law suit will be coming next if this does not get resolved very soon.
Binghamton Students considering Stonebridge should AVOID. Our student was in the Court Street building but I imagine you've experienced the same at other sites they operate. Slow to respond if you even get a response. If you call it's best to block your number before calling as they tend to avoid based on caller ID. Don't rent from them. I've been regretting it since move in. 2 weeks into move in (start of the semester) and we've had multiple issues and little to no communication. We were (lied to) told by a previous agent the management/owner was working with the parking lot owner nearby to allow a monthly rate and trying to decrease the rate only to be unexpectedly told on signing day that they don't do that and it was an extra $700+ fee to secure their parking spot. My experience living in a Stonebridge Binghamton property was consistently frustrating due to poor communication, lack of accountability, and constant changes in management. I subleased my room for one semester to study abroad and notified Stonebridge months in advance before the new tenant’s expected move-in. Despite letting them know ahead of time, they waited until the last minute to begin the necessary procedures of moving in a new tenant.
