I have lived in a Stonebridge property for two years. Even when they are completely overwhelmed with maintenance requests, the maintenance men always do their best to handle requests promptly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. I had issues with Stonebridge last year, especially when contacting people in the leasing office, but since they have been under new management, I have seen a lot of improvement.
Over the past two years, maintenance has always been as prompt and responsive as possible, despite what seems like a lack of resources on their part most of the time. They have always been super friendly and have resolved any issues we have had to the best of their abilities as soon as they could, which has always been appreciated by my roommates and I.
Lindsey Lancette is the pinnacle of professionalism and integrity. She assisted my friends and I when we were having issues understanding our lease and dealt with our over bearing parents.
I had a great experience with Stonebridge! I spoke with Sophia, who answered all of my questions and made my experience a breeze.
If I could give -ve stars, I definitely would. I had a horrible experience with this housing company, and I will never recommend them. The property was in poor condition and, whenever I complained of any issues, they were either neglected or received at a minimal level. To further insult me, they kept my deposit for reasons that were utterly baseless, even though all the problems were clearly on their end. If you're thinking about renting from these guys, think again. It's really not worth the hassle.
