Dr. Kimberly Thompson, clinical psychologist, and kaylen (psychometrician) were outstanding. Filling out all the paper prior helped expedite the process but if you weren’t able to complete a form, you are able to in office. There was not a front desk clerk today but they have signage with step by step processes and you can always knock on the door to have someone assist you. Appointments are scheduled for hour intervals and you are not seen at your scheduled appointment. Appointments can take up to 3-4 hours. Overbooking and disorganized. Suggestion, don't book in hour intervals, care that your patients are autistic and cannot be put back and forth into rooms for questioning if they are not use to it. Book intervals for seeing patients with that one patient in mind. And I had to come back a second time because I couldn't be completed with my son in the time I was there.
