People who answer the phone are nice. They do ask a lot of odd questions at scheduling, but I mean it makes sense. You are scheduling a full psych eval for your kid. would 100% recommend.

Very long wait for Evaluations to be completed. About 4-6weeks. Online evaluation went well but felt uncomfortable, generalized and unheard by the male staff doing the ADOD eval.

I really wanted to have a positive experience with this office, especially because my son’s PCP recommended them and encouraged me to give them a try. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be bringing my son back or recommending this office to other families. I was told my son’s report could take up to 6 weeks, and I tried to be patient and give them that time. I will give that everyone is overall very polite. I really struggled with my sons assement provider. I brought a journal I had wrote points in that I wanted to speak about to advocate for my child and he waved me off and told me no, I don't want all that. I had to explain in these situations I go blank and like to be prepared and help myself with bullet points. He more or less huffed and treated it like an annoyance.
