The staff and the doctor were very friendly. I was told I could get the report in possibly 2 to 3 weeks. It's been over 4 weeks, and it's been said that it could take 6. My question is, if you have everything you need, why drag out the reports? The doctor should have been honest from the jump. People need this to be able to move their children forward. With this wait time, i would have gone somewhere else. Smh
This place is ridiculous..they saw my son and suggested therapy..Mr Villarreal told us to email him to get everything scheduled..sent an email......crickets......called and left messages......crickets....called ans spoke with someone else and she suggested just to keep calling and sending emails..at this point its just time to switch places because they obviously dont care about their patients
I scheduled a psychological eval on behalf of my foster child and as his medical concenter. It is been more that 3-4 weeks (timeframe provided by the provider to have the eval report), and we don’t have the report. My agency, CPS case worker and CASA have been calling to follow up, and today I was told that I can’t get the information because I’m not authorized to get medical records for the child; then, 10 minutes later, records called back and stated that they had found my medical concenter form somewhere but still don’t h... read more
Took my son here for an evaluation. Bobby, Dr . Aguilar and Izabella made this process very smooth! They were so informative, professional, accommodating and kind. I have not gotten the evaluation yet since we were just seen today, but I have no doubts it won’t come in 4-6 weeks. I saw a lot of negative reviews so I was hesitant when our doctor referred us here, but my experience was very well and they were patient with my son as well. Highly recommend this place and will do an updated review once results are received.
I visited this facility for neurodivergent assessments (ASD, ADHD, etc.), disclosing my complex PTSD. The experience was deeply unprofessional, traumatizing, and, based on consistent negative reviews, indicative of systemic issues. Staff mocked my concerns, dismissing autism as “just trending,” and laughed at me, leaving me humiliated.
