I will give that everyone is overall very polite. I really struggled with my sons assement provider. I brought a journal I had wrote points in that I wanted to speak about to advocate for my child and he waved me off and told me no, I don't want all that. I had to explain in these situations I go blank and like to be prepared and help myself with bullet points. He more or less huffed and treated it like an annoyance. If you’re thinking of taking your child here ! Do not ! I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt after reading the reviews . Please listen to the reviews. I’ve waited patiently over the 6 week mark to get the results back nothing . Called and was told he will get it expedited since it’s going on two months. Called for a follow up and was advised that they will take as long as they like . Really unprofessional staff .
Our experience with Stone Bridge was very disappointing. Our daughter had experienced significant trauma, but we were also concerned that she might be on the autism spectrum. Instead of exploring both possibilities, the evaluation focused on PTSD, and we felt our concerns about autism were dismissed rather than assessed. I really had hope for this place the evaluation went so well nice staff and I was told could take 2-6 weeks and at 6 weeks I called for update and they told me they finished and just one step and would transfer me since then I’ve left multiple voice message at 7 weeks they told me they need a signature and then they would call now it’s 8 weeks and still supposedly needing a signature and staff extremely rude if I could give 0 stars I would please don’t go to this place
