How quickly things change Be careful when reading reviews for this property. They changed ownership and management in Dec 2018. They went from being one of the best apt. complexes to one of the worst. The area and apts. still look nice. The windows are old, drafty, single paned. Insulation non existent. NOPE NOPE NOPETY NOPE NOPE I was so happy to move in here. The staff including the maintenance staff were wonderful. They knew every resident by name and were very pleasant. Then the Echelon people came and ruined all of that. They completely got rid of ALL the staff (maintenance included) right before the winter holidays. Since the new people have been here nothing has been going smoothly at all. No word on when the pool will be open.....beautiful picture though. It's so sad that the pool is "under repair" right now and may not be open for a while. Management can't give a time when it will be open. Summer 2016.

Life at Stonegate... In this little town of Longmont we live on the corner with the best view of the Front Range of the Rockies left in town. A walking path with more wildlife than most state parks and a field across the road filled with deer and elk day and night. We are minutes from a scenic and rustic downtown that rivals even Vegas sometimes.
