Nice neighborhood, people are friendly. Management keeps the park very clean. More mature trees in this park that provide nice shade. Depending on where your home is locates, noise from Culebra Rd. isn't too bad. Located near nice shopping and eating establishments.
I've been a resident for over 5 yrs. and if you are interested in a well maintained, clean MH Park, this is the one for you! Notice that bad reviews are posted by those who don't want to follow rules! You will not find any animals running loose or tied out and barking; no trash flying around or in yards; lawns that are not mowed. Streets are kept free of parked vehicles along the sides at night. 1 star! not reputable at all. the repair servicemen that they have on-site are convicted felons that have not passed background checks don't have licenses to drive and came into our house and destroyed while we weren't home no emergency in the home no reason for them to answer the home caught it all on camera still have the video going through everything looking at our stuff hanging on the cage and harassing the dog till she ripped it apart nicely done stonebridge nicely done. would never go back there would live in my car b... read more
they keep raising the rent every year,u have to pay for the water, add it on the rent, cant build fences.
There does not seem to be any management oversight for the owner/residents of this community. The management team led by Veronica Garcia believe that just because they say something, that is the last word on the matter regardless of any evidence provided for the contrary. I wonder if any other owner has had any problem with the personnel in this office, particularly in the year of 2017 or 2018.
Great neighbors and well kept park
I don’t recommend living here. We moved here about 3 years ago so it hasn’t been long but that first year was good no complaints and we keep to ourselves unless the kids play outside with the other kids. But now it’s just complaint after complaint. It’s like no matter what nothing is ever right. They charge us for things that they don’t do and no matter what we say there are right and it’s ridiculous. All we try to do is mind our business. I used to like living here but not any more so it sucks that I can’t do anything.
