I been working with Lois for several months now and it's been incredibly helpful to me. She's a gifted teacher and she's great at adding stories and color to the concepts we're discussing to help me best learn. I'm so glad I got connected to her!
Robert Good is extremely rude. Can’t believe he is a therapist. I showed up for my first appointment and evidently there was a scheduling error and he didn’t have me on his calendar. He acted put out and extremely rude. No apology or anything. Glad I saw his character before I invested any time with him. Stay away.
I am VERY pleased with the sessions I have had with Bob. He is very understanding and meets you on YOUR level. It's very difficult to find a good counselor that can do that. My sessions with him have been priceless. I would highly recommend him as a counselor.

Don't waste your time here. The Frisco counselor casheba cancelled on me the same morning of my first appointment and then when her Plano supervisor Bob Good changed the terms of my 3rd appointment which was supposed to be a strictly family sitting and he decided they weren't ready to let me sit with my family and insisted I do an individual session and I said I wasn't interested in anymore individual sessions at the end of my previous session, and told them that if they're going to change what the counselor agreed to which ... read more
