Awesome service!!!
This business has serious ethical issue. In My last visit here for oil change, it overtightened the oil filter canister, to prevent you to go elsewhere for car service. I’ve visited 2 other places for oil change, and they haven’t been managed to replace the oil filter canister.
I traveled from out of state to a dealership in Frisco, TX to purchase a used vehicle. Everything was right about the vehicle but I wasn't going to purchase it without a pre-purchase inspection. I looked for the closest, reputable mechanic to the dealership and found Stonebriar Auto Service. I called and asked if Stonebriar had any availability and they did and told me to stop by any time. Andrew did an excellent job on my car! He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was quick, the price was very fair, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Andrew to anyone who needs a reliable mechanic.
I bought a used vehicle a few months ago and brought it to Stonebriar Auto Service for an inspection, oil change, and general maintenance. I suspected there was an issue with the transmission but couldn’t pinpoint it myself. I spoke with Andrew, the GM, and explained what was happening. He and his team spent several days carefully diagnosing the problem and ultimately fixed it completely.
