This business has serious ethical issue. In My last visit here for oil change, it overtightened the oil filter canister, to prevent you to go elsewhere for car service. I’ve visited 2 other places for oil change, and they haven’t been managed to replace the oil filter canister.
I traveled from out of state to a dealership in Frisco, TX to purchase a used vehicle. Everything was right about the vehicle but I wasn't going to purchase it without a pre-purchase inspection. I looked for the closest, reputable mechanic to the dealership and found Stonebriar Auto Service. I called and asked if Stonebriar had any availability and they did and told me to stop by any time.
