This is one of the most beautiful campuses for senior living I have seen. I have worked in the industry for about 30 years. I highly recommend Burcham Hills for excellent rehab and care but also for the quality of life being provided for the residents in independent, assisted living and memory care. Excellent staff that are friendly and knowledgeable!
I wouldn’t send your loved ones out here if I were you horrible staff nursing staff sit on there phones while call lights go off dining staff are over worked and drained I’ve heard a Arab lady tell a young lady working in the kitchen “she doesn’t want to tell her again” you definitely don’t talk to your staff that way as a supervisor . My dad told me that they come in and fake take his menu they will write down whatever I spoke to one of the nice supervisors older guy dining supervisor and let’s just say this place is horrib... read more
My mother is a current patient at Burcham Hills, the majority of the staff that I have encountered has been helpful and kind towards my mother. There were a few incidents that don’t seem to follow the code of ethics required by Burcham. One incident happened around lunch and the other incident happened during dinner time. On yesterday my mother was in a lot of pain so she wanted to eat dinner in her room. Burcham hills is amazing. The campus is beautiful and the location is perfect. Staff is amazing and and they deliver great service 10/10!!
