I recently contacted the facility to inquire about my canceled shifts and was connected to Lisa. During our conversation, I felt that her tone and response were disrespectful . When I called to discuss scheduling, she stated you’re calling the executive director for this, which seemed unnecessary and abrupt. I believe a more constructive approach would have been to transfer me to the scheduler or provide guidance on the proper contact. Facility is very clean, all workers very pleasant & helpful. Loved that they have Bilingual workers to make parents feel at home. Samantha answered all my questions & gave me peace of mind. Parents stayed in Respite area & absolutely loved the place & raved about the food & snacks! We will definitely bring them back A very good setup in rooms everything they needed to feel comfortable. Keep up the good work!!!
