The staffing scheduler is rude and he’s very unprofessional. They need to find someone else to do the scheduling because he sucks and the staff is always short and he never accepts nurses or CNA’s from clipboard which puts more work on us. It is not fair and I’m sick of it. Someone needs to do something about that.
Burcham Hills has been amazing! The staff is so kind and truly cares about the residents. The facility is well-maintained, welcoming, and has so many great activities. I feel so confident knowing my loved one is in such good hands. Highly recommend!
This is one of the most beautiful campuses for senior living I have seen. I have worked in the industry for about 30 years. I highly recommend Burcham Hills for excellent rehab and care but also for the quality of life being provided for the residents in independent, assisted living and memory care. Excellent staff that are friendly and knowledgeable!
