Really great experience with Stoneacre. From my first enquiry to driving away, Andrew helped me get the car I wanted and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Super friendly and easy to deal with—would definitely recommend!
Terrible absolutely terrible. A complaint has been logged and I await a reply from head office. All I can say is I am very very disappointed in this dealership.
I brought our Dacia Jogger here for its first service (A+B). I received a warm welcome at check-in, I was given an accurate indication of the duration of the work, free coffee/tea & biscuits and WiFi were offered during my wait, I received a report of the car's condition, and the car was returned on time and in a clean/valeted condition. I'll be returning for future services.
