Bought a 3 year service plan and all went well until the third year when I dropped the car off at 10am for service and MOT and was then informed that their systems weren’t working and they were short staffed so it had to be taken to a different garage for an MOT. Eventually, 7 (SEVEN) hours later it was finished. Stoneacre are the loveliest people in the world when they want to sell you something, ask for help and all you will find is deaf ears. Ismael was friendly, great personality,very knowledgeable, very professional answered all of our questions.couldnt have asked for a better member of staff, I would count him as a new friend. The manager Adrian was also helpful,friendly and professional. I would rate the staff we dealt with as excellent and highly recommend this branch.
