I bought a condo from this lousy company six years ago. I have done nothing but repair their lousy work. Today I paid $2200 for a furnace repair because it was not installed correctly. Be very wary.
After 2 years of renting they decided not to fix anything anymore and our furnace just went out. Told that we have to fix everything it's not their responsibility
Them maintenance guys are really polite and knowledgeable
