Kim at Stone Warehouse, Naples is a GEM!. The moment you walk in the door she greets you with a welcoming smile and sincere enthusiasm. Over the course of two visits, Kim worked patiently and diligently with us as we searched for and found the perfect quartz for our kitchen. In this day of limited service and poor employee attitudes, she is a shining example of what exceptional customer service looks like.
We were sent there to find quartz for our kitchen and bathrooms. We went in the back to look at slabs with a male employee. He payed no interest in helping us at all and so we stopped asking questions. Ex. What solid slab would go with this slab with a design? He said none! What. He even stopped walking with us at one point to look at his phone. It was close to 5 o’clock so maybe he wanted to go home or we didn’t look loaded but I will never return after this horrible service and disrespect.
Kim Warner was an awesome salesperson to deal with. She went the extra mile on a very HOT and HUMID day. She never hurried us, making suggestions that were spot on. I give her 5 STARS and more! Jim O
