Really solid food, really solid whiskey options and not overly expensive. We will definitely visit again
Went to the Opera on Sunday, planned on stopping there for dinner early evening afterwords. I checked their website on Friday since it was a holiday weekend to make sure that they would be open. Website stated that Saturday's hours on the 4th would be affected by the holiday, normal hours for Sunday were posted. We arrived at the restaurant after the opera only to find it closed, with a sign stating that they were closed for the holiday weekend. Disappointing...
Amazing food! We stopped for a meal before heading to the Muny theater. We shared a Caesar salad and the beef brisket and fries. The salad was delicious and the brisket on ciabatta with au jus was exceptional. The brisket was flavorful and melt in your mouth tender. The ciabatta was soft with some sort of cheese/cream sauce. Holy smokes - delicious! And our waiter, Jordan was great.
Excellent burger. Loved the blend of flavors. Interesting menu selections. I would definitely recommend.
