I have tried multiple times to come into the office to pay rent in person, and each time the office has been closed. I knocked and waited, with no answer. This is now the second month in a row that the office has been closed between the 1st and the 3rd of the month, which has prevented us from paying rent on time. Si pudiese poner 0 estrellas lo haría, muy mala administración,la manager se pone a tomar con algunos de los inquilinos ,es una pésima persona muy grosera y mal hablada, es una regpunante déspota mal criada y grosera te amenaza con echarte a la policía cuando no tiene ganas de atender, a veces no abre la puerta para recivir quejas o solucionar problemas ,el lugar para vivir era tranquilo antes de que lleguara ella, es una señora que tiene problemas de ira.

Su ahora secretaria nunca está disponible para contesta una llamada y nunca está en la oficina. Es frustrante solo hace sobre cargos de el agua y no inspecciona el área donde tiene la fuja y tan fácil solo te lo carga en tu siguiente pago alguien tiene el número de algún manager arriba de ella realmente tengo que quejarme de su mal servicio.
