We had an excellent experience. The tile was significantly less than our local and national tile stores. It was delivered to a regional distributor, allowing us to pick up the tile at a nearby site without shipping costs. The tile was in immaculate shape, delivered quickly and was less expensive. What more could we want.

The company sold me carpet they didn't have, and then attempted to make an upsell to settle the transaction. It felt like a bait-and-switch and sketchy.

I reached out to this company to ask if they had a specific product in stock. They said they did, created an invoice for me based on shipping to my zip code, and then I paid the invoice. After paying the invoice they emailed and told me I would not be getting the products I purchased until I paid $100 more for "shipping" after they already confirmed the shipping cost which I paid. I strongly recommend no one purchases from this business.
