The blue pearl granite tile on my backsplash and Juparana Granite tile on my kitchen floor looks spectacular and are very eye catching. Highly recommend it.

Customer service was helpful through an issue I had with my order. The manager called and apologized as well as offered compensation for my troubles. Marfin was polite and worked to answer any questions I had. Nice to see customer service still exists in todays online world.
Placed an order for two boxes of carpet tiles. They contacted me almost a week later saying I now need to pay a CARPET STEWARDSHIP ASSESSMENT of !$106.56 in order to release the order. I explained that this fee is only for carpet sold for installation to CA residents, which I am not and legally it must be charged at point of sale. I said if you are going to charge me a fee, cancel my order. Then they tell me I will have to pay a 25% restocking fee. This company is most definitely a scam, I would not order from them!
