They were not getting rich off my order, a single box of a tile to replace some broken ones in my existing home. Manufactured by Daltile, they arranged for me to pick up my box at the Daltile distro plan in Grapevine TX (convenient because I had travelled to Dallas for work that week). They expedited the pickup with Daltile, so I was able to pick up from them in person in about 7 days instead of spending 200 dollars for shipping a 30 dollar box of tile. I got the Prime Tattered Barnboard LVP to lay on our back porch that we enclosed to match the rest of the house. It was easy to cut and lay. I found the Stone and Tile Shoppe online and they were super friendly and helpful. I was going to go to Mobile, AL to pick this up but they delivered it free and in a reasonable time. Got a sample in Dec. and once confirmed that’s what I wanted, I asked if they had the quantity I needed and how long to ship and deliver. I was told yes they did and 5-8 days. I ordered on 12/28, assuming 5-8 days, maybe a couple more over the holidays. On 1/10 they emailed me and told me I had to “re-pay” because they were on break, and they waited too long to run my credit card.
