Our home had several tiles that had cracked due to improper installation and we could not find anyone locally who could sell us the replacement Emser tiles we needed. We contacted many vendors nationally and all told us they could sell us a box of tiles but it would cost hundreds of dollars in shipping. Stone and Tile Shoppe told us they would sell us the tile and that we could pick it up will-call at the Emser Distribution Center in south Florida. We ran out of tile for a project and Stone & Tile Shoppe was the only place we could find it. We needed it shipped since we were out of state and they got it to us so fast - our contractor didn’t even have to wait to finish the project! Tile arrived in perfect condition and communication from the store was excellent. We love the tile so much we may use it for more projects and would definitely purchase again from Stone & Tile Shoppe.
