They shorted me 12 sqft , I made 3 attempts ( direct calls and emails ) to get it resolved and was unsuccessful. The marble I ordered also had extremely heavy penciled edges that made my 1/16 joints end up looking like a fat 1/8 joint .
EDIT: I was contacted that the tile I had ordered and paid for would be sent to me with no additional payment or argument on my end. Chalking it up to a bad customer service rep (Manny) but a company that cares about its customers and reputation. Had trouble ordering initially, had to create email invoice. Paid invoice, then were told our tile was out of stock. Picked a new tile, paid the difference (it weighed more) in shipping. Received a tile we never ordered. Customer service is refusing to send us the tile we ordered regardless of us sending them the invoice to show what we paid for.
