Complete disappointment. I should have listened to my contractor and went somewhere else. These guys are all about money and could care less about customer service. I paid 900.00 for a fire place hearth that was the wrong color and a full inch short. When I confronted my classless salesman he dodged me for 3 weeks and then told me it was my problem. Overall Bad Experience...was told to pick out two slabs and they marked them with my name. They used one and used a totally different one for the other slab. My name was still sitting on a slab after my countertop was cut out. I know because I went there and showed the salesperson. I was given incorrect information from someone at the location. We paid up front for our countertop, which was supposed to include a small backsplash for the island and be installed on April 2018. This small backsplash was measured incorrectly and when they came to install it, it didn't fit. They send the installer 3 times, and every time, the stone was cut wrong. The installer even tried to remove our new counter and winecooler to fit the backsplash, damaging the winecooler door in the process.
