The date is june 27th 2022, this is the 2nd time these crooks came out to my house to fix their installation of my countertops. My wife specifically asked for different installers they said no problem. Sent the same installers. They were the most rude disrespectful men I ever had to deal with I literally had to tell them to get out of my house and leave my property well over 15 times. The crews from Stone Systems of Raleigh were not on time any of their scheduled installation dates. The first try to our installation the cuts on the granite were done incorrectly and the veining on the sections were going all different directions. They did agree to remove what they had installed and prepare new granite countertops. What this meant was that we went approximately 6 weeks without a kitchen due to having to disconnect the kitchen plumbing. I have to write another review to add the great experience with the Silastone quartz counter fabrication and installation! Our counters were installed today, 3/5:21, and they are absolutely gorgeous. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work, the beauty of the quartz and the prompt and efficient install. This all started with excellent customer service and responsiveness and ended with exactly what I was looking for, on time. I recommend Stone Systems! Fran Donavant
