Broke my natural stone before installation and I could not get the same slab any more since it was unique. Only 2 people came to install an island which needed help with putting it on. They are cheap Home Depot contractor

Our experience with Stone Systems has been poor. Poor synchronous communication, work quality, scheduling, information handling and coordination within their teams has been disappointing. They are partners with home Depot and we were unsatisfied. Measurements and templating were bad. Removal of old stuff was negotiated after a confirmed order and payment. They replaced a countertop after 5 days of delay and daily pushing. Meanwhile they left our kitchen open and unusable. Highly unreliable. Venture at your own risk.

Stay away! Terrible experience. Purchased countertop for custom build home. Was willing to pay for quality and professionalism. Purchase comes with a lifetime guaranty/warranty Sounds good right? Nope. Their installers drilled into bottom of counter when attaching to base. A few short months later — 2 separate cracks (emanating from the exact spot of the 2 drill points) began to run across the entire counter. I had a professional experience with Stone Systems. I dealt mostly with Iris and she is top notch. I couldn’t be happier with the Quartz countertop we received. They did us a solid with the cut of stone and the pattern. The installers Isaac and Dennis were super nice and professional. Stone Systems should do them right. The biggest pain in the a$& during this whole process has been Lowes. I would recommend Stone Systems and absolutely not recommend Lowes for any kind of remodel.

Ruined my holidays. I can not say it is all their fault, they were doing the work for Lowes but it is three months and I still do not have countertops in what would be my kitchen. I would avoid both this company and Lowes.
