If I could give 0 stars, I would. First, if you have to reschedule your countertop measurement for any reason within 48 hours of your appointment, they charge you $200 (I didn’t need to do this, but every time they talk to you they remind you over this.). But, if they don’t show to your scheduled time slot, they don’t compensate you in any way. And you are bumped to the back of the line to get measured. Customer service is horrible!
