Not the kindest encounter.. We have a small kitchen so they denied our service because they were too busy and our job wouldn’t be as expensive as other ones they do. Just not great service.. They didn’t even know which surface we wanted to install. They just denied us because it was going to be small and we wanted to see some remnants as well.
We did an extensive remodel and Stone Surfaces did a spectacular job helping my vision come to life. They provided me many options and helped me decide where to splurge and places to use remnants or man made surfaces. The most important thing I want to say is there were 2 times there were some issues and Stone Surfaces stood by their work and provided prompt resolution. I would recommend Stone Surfaces.
We were just going to do quartz in our Master Bath and Kitchen. Jerry and his Crew did such a great job we got, let’s say, a little carried away. Update - one of the pieces of marble installed on my fireplace began to fracture. Probably just the nature of natural stone exposed to heat and no fault of Stone Surfaces. Stone Surface did an amazing job. Their price was competitive, service outstanding, and great quality. They were responsive to little things that we needed after installation and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
