I love the classes they offer and times. The gym equipment has a lot to offer for all types. It always clean and staff is usually friendly.

Spencer and Brad have been great to work with for personal training sessions and planning to start Strength Training group twice per week
The coaches are very nice and patient with my easily distracted little guy. He learns something new every week! Highly recommended.
