Mina (at the front desk), Ricardo (who took initial info and vitals) and Prabby (who did a thorough exam) were nothing but patient and kind. I was anxious about the appointment for my daughter, who was in a car accident, and their customer service was stellar. Stone Springs is lucky to have these individuals as part of their healthcare team. Special shout out to Prabby, whose bedside manner and attention to detail is fantastic.
Rough billing transition. Migration from Inova to independent FFPCS has caused billing troubles. Providers are working to get recredentialed with insurance carriers due to new billing organization. Many claims are on hold including United Healthcare. Hoping this is resolved soon!
Dr. Miakhel is amazing, friendly, caring and very proficient. The office is very clean, no wait and courteous staff.
