The average waiting time for scheduled lab work is 30-60 mins, I asked the receptionists if there is anything can be done to improve the process, such as if each lab work order takes 15 mins then schedule each appointment 15 mins apart and I was told by both of them there is nothing can be done, there is a Labcorp downstairs and you can go there.
Hexi is the worst — rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with her and ask for someone professional to take your vital.
Daughter went in for first non-pediatric family doctor appointment today with C. Ivey. She was literally traumatized (not be exam) but by how FNP treated her and was condescending and judgmental. I’m an NP as well, and every patient should feel safe and supported. It was an embarrassment to my profession, and possibly affect my daughter forever who is more afraid to even go to talk to a doctor in the future. I’m literally half tempted to contact the Board.
Dr.Krishna Patel is a horrible doctor. Spend your money elsewhere!
EDIT 5-27-2025: The owners replied and tried to say this wasn’t about their practice because there is no Dr. Jafaari on their staff. I call BS. I LOVE to give good reviews. Love it. I take so much joy in letting people know something is worth their while to come see. But I am NOT too thrilled with the front desk/check in staff.
