They take over 15 to pick up the phone. I try to call them again over and over and they never answer the phone. Be careful that if you call to make an appointment or anything that they will wast what time you have. Very disappointed in how they don't care about your well being.
Front desk staff was not friendly and had to repeat the same question and she barely answered my questions and was rude
HORRIBLE. horrible. Employees. The front desk are so rude over the phone. They hung up on me blatantly. Will never be returning here for any reason. They need to train their employees correctly, this is a medical facility not HIGHSCHOOL.

Sadly even though Dr. Hwang is a great doctor the receptionist in charge of making appointments on the phone needs better work ethics and empathy. After years of being their patient I will look for a new practice for my family.
