Oversold us on the materials, thinset and grout, then would not take it back. It was unused still sealed still in the bag. If we had asked for such an amount I could possibly understand but the salesmen told us this is what we needed based on amount of tile we purchased.
Female customers beware. They ordered the wrong product and refused to refund even after they realized there mistake.. The manager was dishonest with temperament issues. There are better choices to do business with.
I was able to find the perfect mosaic for my new shower floor and "lostello" (tile band) around the bathroom walls at Stone Source, after being unable to find it anywhere else. I ordered, and the product arrived exactly when it was supposed to. Then, we had a problem. The installer let me know that there was too much variation in the stone. The owner of Stone Source contacted the manufacturer, and made them fix the problem. lovely staff and beautiful stones ... i was amazed with the amount of choice i had to the point where i even got confused ,they did my bathrooms the first time and then my backyard the 2nd time i was pleased to deal with such professionals
