Stone Soup Thrift Shop, a 501(c)(30 non-profit, has been a large part of South Washington County for eleven years. With the support of many volunteers, grants, and donations from the community, we serve a large population of people who had nowhere else to turn to, for clothes, furniture, and household goods they need. Stone Soup sells at very low prices to the general public. This allows us to provide these same items, at no cost to families and individuals who lack the funds to purchase them. Majel C It is a great place to shop with something new every day! Stone Soup is a 501(c)(3) non-profit - Donations are tax deductible. The store closed at the beginning of 2005. After one year of searching, a new location was found at 950 3rd St, Suit 101, St. Paul Park , MN. thrift store This store is generally ok. Sometimes i find a good deal and other times I do not. They seem to have many good deals on furniture often though. Other then that it is on the smaller side for a store. But I do believe most of the people that work there do so by volunteering.
