Mike is a pleasure to work with. He is considerate and flexible. He will work with you. Technicians came and took accurate countertop measurements. Also installation was a breeze for me as I did not have to do anything. They did come in again to my house to drill an extra hole which I did not request before. Would highly recommend them.
