I recently bought four boxes of stacked stone from Stone Selex, and I couldn’t be any happier with the quality of the product, it is light and solid as a rock. When opened the boxes, there was little to no damaged stone pieces. I also wanna say special thanks to Annette who is an amazing, friendly, and super knowledgeable specialist. She patiently listened to my needs, and gave me valuable info about everything I needed. Thank you Annette!
This place is beautiful inside and has ceramics and other flooring choices as well as beautiful stone/fabricated stone. A true design centre with very innovative and helpful associates to assist. You can’t tell from the outside but trust me.. first class on the inside. We purchased fabricated stone to do a 14’ fireplace up in Collingwood. We actually did it ourself (very labour intensive fir. Family business. Annette and her son helped us pick out stone for a DIY fireplace project. Provided lots of samples and advice. Great service
Terrible customer service. Paid for the stone in full, was advised it would be ready in a week for pick up. Picked up the stone over a month late, with a quarter of the pieces cracked/damaged. Will not return.
