I can't say enough how amazing these ppl r. Time and time again i go back for parts and help with troubleshooting. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If u need anything or have any questions about ur tt or rv I would go here without hesitation.

Stone Rv provided excellent customer service when we took our trailer in for axle replacement. Jim, the owner, was very easy to work with and explained things to ensure we fully understood the options that were provided. They provided regular updates on the status of the trailer while it was being fixed. Thank you, Jim for the great customer service and would recommend Stone Rv.
Horrible customer service. If I could rate stone rv negative stars, I would. We took our trailer in for bent axles in October 2023. Stone rv proceeded to conduct unauthorized work on our trailer (they were suppose to provide a quote first). Instead, they provided an invoice and told us many times “we would never have this issue again” (their words). Come April 2025, we noticed uneven wear on the tires.
