Every Year our house gets worse or we find ways that they cut corners. Our furnace and AC after 7 years, dead. Molded Cheeto Bags when we pull of drywall. We stopped dealing with them because they never return calls. They didn't even do the 1 year walk through and left us sitting on our hands. We now call them SNAKE RIVER HOMES... don't go through them
I have worked with Stone River Homes on many projects for a number of years now. They have high integrity, great workmanship, and value in what they build. The customization, design features and attention to detail is what I love about their homes!
Bad workmanship and flat out lying. There are things on our first walk through that are still not fixed. And our one year walk through was even worse. We have 2 cracked tubs from the first walk through never fixed. They very rarely respond to calls or emails. And if the did it was always a sub contactors fault not there's. Well who hired the subs🤔. My husband and I cannot being to say how happy we are with our experience with Stone Rive Homes. Patrick was amazing and went out of his way to assist my husband and I through the building process. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions but were encouraged to make decisions about our home that we would enjoy. The process for picking out our selections couldn’t have been easier.
