I signed a contract with Stone Rise Granite & Tile of Ocala FL to replace my kitchen countertops with Cambria ****** quartz on 9/23/22, and gave them a 50% deposit (over $5,000). Over the next 4 months, they scheduled and cancelled installation 4 times, always claiming that Cambria was unable to supply the quartz and/or it came in and was defective. James from Stone Rise Granite sold me a bad piece of granite. When I went to the shop to have them lay the pattern out on the actual piece of stone before they cut it, we worked and reworked the pattern to miss the parts I did not want in my kitchen. When they installed the granite, all the bad parts were not only there but placed in the most prominent places in my kitchen. excellent experience we just purchased granite counter tops.We're very pleased with the way they look,the price that we paid ,and the professionalism of the staff.The installers were great.they really knew what they were doing.very professional,personable and extremely helpful.their names were Nestor and Ivan.If we have more work done we'll definitely use Stone Rise and will request Nestor and Ivan.wonderful experience.
