They allowed a patient to be 20 minutes late which delayed the doctor for 40 minutes. I had two small toddlers and they got their teeth cleaned in ten minutes each. We were there for over an hour just waiting for to see the doctor for two seconds. The most painful dental experience I’ve had. And it all could have been avoided if they didn’t allow late patients.
A special thank you to dental hygienist Amber. She was fantastic while applying the sealants, showing great expertise and patience despite my child’s sensitive tongue and gag reflex. She made my child feel comfortable and handled everything. We are grateful to Dr. Patricia and her team for the wonderful care they provided to my children and made the experience comfortable and stress free from past 3 years. This place is amazing! We had such a wonderful experience, the entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They made my son feel comfortable and relaxed, which means so much as a parent. The dentist was gentle, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Always great experience and thoughtful care here. They are able to make a baby to open their mouth and a toddler to sit through their cleaning without a beep and then leave proud and happy. My kid has been a happy patient of Dr Wood and her team for the kid’s whole life and we keep leaning that a bunch of her friends are happy healthy patients here too.
