Had the worst experience with this dentist today. Scheduled an appointment for my 15 year old son in September as a recommendation from the pediatric dentist he was seeing. The Procedure he needed to have done could only be done at an “ adult” dentist. So I called this dentist and scheduled the soonest appointment ( today) I sat in the waiting room after checking in for 40 minutes past his appointment time. Worst dentist EVER and I still haven’t been to the office or saw a dentist! After waiting 5 months for my appointment (3 days from now) they just called to reschedule for another 2 months from now. I respect all practices and their needs for the customers and that may include a wait, so I didn’t mind but every interaction I’ve had because of needing to reschedule has been SO unprofessional and handled so poorly that now I want to warn people. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went here with initial worries about some decay in my upper wisdom teeth and very little was explained to me. At first the removal was denied through insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket for it, and then the day before the procedure they tell me that it had been approved through insurance so I decided to go ahead with the procedure. They removed the top wisdom tooth but then started immediately on the bottom which had no issues and I was not concerned with having removed at the tim... read more
I really liked Rafaella, who did my dental cleaning. She was very kind and professional. The receptionist was also nice.
