Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a real estate agency. From the beginning, we were treated like second-class tenants. The property we rented through them was unsafe and had numerous ongoing issues, yet the agency showed little to no concern for our wellbeing. Whenever we tried to raise legitimate concerns, our calls were ignored and we were constantly told to “put everything in an email.” The director even refused to speak to us by phone, which was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Absolutely appalling. This real estate agency completely disregarded our safety and well-being. The property had multiple safety hazards, and when we raised concerns, we were ignored. To top it off, they held our bond "ransom" for no valid reason, making the entire process a nightmare. The lack of care for tenants is beyond unacceptable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! The whole team at Stone Real Estate have been so incredible! They're very quick in replies/solving any problems, always so friendly and happy to answer any questions at any time. I cannot recommend them enough as they've been so amazing throughout my entire rental experience.
