Went to an open home today in Windsor and met Sydney. She was absolutely lovely and highly recommend her if you are looking for a house in the Hawkesbury. She was extremely helpful with local knowledge of the Hawkesbury!
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a real estate agency. From the beginning, we were treated like second-class tenants. The property we rented through them was unsafe and had numerous ongoing issues, yet the agency showed little to no concern for our wellbeing. Whenever we tried to raise legitimate concerns, our calls were ignored and we were constantly told to “put everything in an email.” The director even refused to speak to us by phone, which was extremely unprofessional and dismissive.
