We purchased some stone tiles form SPUI for a client. When the tiles arrived they looked nothing like the photos on the website. The tiles were also damaged with magic marker scribble on them. Ricky assured the customer he would be taken care of and then told me to send him a PO to purchase more of the tiles! I asked Ricky to pay for 75% and delivery cost ($275.00 for 2 tiles because they only ship LTL!?), this was his issue not ours. Ricky refused in a condescending and rude email.
