I visited KB Factory Outlet because of the great reviews and offers. The sale was very quick which I thought was great, however, during the sale, a lot of information was missing. For example, I asked the sales person about the removal of the countertops and the back-splash that was laminate and he said it can be removed. However, when the installers came they advised the back-splash was not removed. Purchased granite with pictures and Mike S.salesman word. it was not the yellow color as requested and delivery took 6 attempts and delivered the wrong color. Respectfully requested a correction but refused. Do not purchase from this business it will be devastating.

I am very happy with the result. KB Factory outlet is the place to go. They are friendly people, they worked very hard to earn my business and have a wide variety of slab to choose from. They are easy and flexible to work with. Installers worked hard and not rushing through the project. I would recommend my friend to this place.
Not only did they replace most of the flooring in the house with beautiful Italian porcelain tile but they totally demolished the kitchen and rebuilt from scratch. The cabinetry and granite countertops are absolutely gorgeous. Every part of this project went off without a hitch and they did all of this in two weeks and one day--it was amazing. Every person we dealt with was exceptionally professional and friendly. We cannot say enough good about how happy we are with our new kitchen and flooring and the pricing was fabulous!... read more
