I’ve had the pleasure of being seen by both Dr. McNabb and Dr. Ip, and they're exceptional at what they do. Both doctors truly care about patient outcomes, always taking the time to clearly explain what’s going on with your eyes during the exam. Friendly, consistent and professional optometrists and support staff.
I called Hill Country Vision to make an appt for an eye exam with a refraction to get a script for glasses. I was advised that my insurance did not cover the refraction. I confirmed with my insurance that I am covered because of previous cataract and glaucoma surgeries. The insurance representative suggested that I give the store copies of my medical records and request that they precertify to confirm coverage.
