Greeted by apparently new technician who proceeded to check my vision, by holding up an eye shield over one eye and then the other. He did not appear to be familiar with performing vision test. He was not able to understand one of my lenses put in by Dr Held was for distance vision and the other was for near vision. I had to also hold the eye shield over each eye because he did not seem to know where the eye shield went. The technician also had to leave the room twice to obtain supples for dilating my pupils. I have been coming here for several years, and highly recommend this practice. Dr. Young is great and so is the staff. Really very pleased.
I would highly recommend Dr. Held. The staff is great, the appointments are on time and Dr. Held is excellent at diagnosis and treatment and just for general eye exams.
