Wilderness Oak Dentistry has taken great care of our family for years.They are very caring and always treat us like family.
I was looking for a new dentist and found one at this office. They sent me all the paperwork ahead the same day on my appt. For more efficient appt, I completed all the paperwork ahead and went there 5 mins before my appt. I had to wait for 30 mins, and no one explained why it is running late or no apology. I didn't want to waste my time anymore, so I walked out. They shouldn't book so many in this pandemic as it takes longer time to clean up and stuffs. No respect for patient time. The front office staff were friendly (as usual). A minute later Jen came out, greeted me, and showed me to the room. She was very thorough, gentle, and provided me with very useful information for my specific needs. It was quick, painless, and my teeth looked and felt great afterward!
The staff is very courteous and professional. The facility is up to date and clean. Scheduling is simple and billing is handled quickly.

I have been a patient of the clinic for cleanings for the last year and a half since I moved to SA. I have been very pleased with Dr. Rodrigo and her kind manner. She thoroughly explained my situation and gave me reasonable options going forward. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. has fitted me for 3 different caps. Each time the procedure was essentially painless and the caps fit perfectly. He is a friendly and kind man. He has a great staff. My wife feels the same.
