I recently relocated my father to this facility from another. I must say from day one it has been the best decision I've made for him. The staff has been wonderful to him. They take great care of him. Since he has been there, he has made friends, he loves the food and he enjoys the activities. He is very happy and content. I highly recommend Stone Oak Care Center.
Facility smells like pee staff are not friendly with other staff and staffing with every department I understand has different rules in the book that every department needs to learn like the kitchen

This place is subpar at best. I went to visit a family friend today and it was a living nightmare. The smell of urine was horrendous in the hall way leading to their room. Their staff is so rude and disrespectful to the elderly as well as the guests.
